The training on this site is exclusive for members of the Lifestyle for Health (Forest and Cheryl Townsley) Super Patch Community. To gain access, you need to complete the registration form, and create your username and password for future access.
Step 1: Registration Instructions:
- Registration is simple – we have you register so that we can manage who has access to the site (this is a private group for our team).
- Make your username and password easy (there is nothing secure that you are protecting). You can even use just your first name as both the username and password – all lowercase is fine.

Purpose:
The website’s purpose is to give you quick access to the basic ‘how-to’ skills that you need to get your business started. We’re updating and improving weekly. Please keep us posted on where you need clarity or additional training.
Step 2: Join Our WhatsApp Group:
We communicate with you daily through our WhatsApp group: LFH Super Patch Builders. Be sure to join the group so that you get updates on training, events, and more! NOTE: WhatsApp will let you silence notifications so that you’re not getting pinged every time a post is made, but you can still check in regularly for updates (i.e. don’t let the notifications keep you from joining). Step 3: Connect on Facebook:
We also have a Facebook group you can request to join. This is a group for our entire Lifestyle for Health community (not just Super Patch). Cheryl is in this group regularly, answering questions and doing great posts that will help you create a healthier lifestyle. About Us:
For those of you who don’t know us, we are Lifestyle for Health. Cheryl is a Naturopath, and we’ve been in the health and wellness business for over 36 years. She has written 17+ books and been on over 1,000 television and radio shows (before there was YouTube and podcasts!). Along the way, we built 3 successful network marketing businesses. Yes, it’s been a long and amazing journey that has brought us to Super Patch. We’re no longer seeing clients and are fully focused on our Super Patch team. As Cheryl likes to say, Super Patch is the wellness breakthrough of the decade. It is where we believe we can bring the most value to the most people in this season.
